MySpace & “Aaron David” are Dead
Hi All,
Just another little update that I have decided to delete/cancel my MySpace account. It has unfortunately become too hard to manage and no one uses it, so I decided to remove it rather than have non-updated fragments of myself out there. My twitter, SoundCloud and website (new one coming soon) will all be main points of contact.
I’ll also be fading out the “Aaron David” branding and stick with my full (real) name: Aaron David Polley. There is no other “me” so I think it will help avoid the confusion out there with many other “Aaron David” artists coming out.

I’ll be putting up more stuff soon.
Hello All,
I know it’s been a while since my last post. I have been very busy on life projects as well as music.
One music project I have been humbly included on is “Girl On The Castle Steps” by Colin Mold.
I collaborated on some of the music instrumentation for “Green And Gold”, one of the songs co-written by my mother, Cindy L Spear. Check out Colin’s website:

2011 – New Year, New Ideas
Hey All,
So its been a while since my last blog post; I thought it’d be a great time to give you all an update on where things are at.
I am still living in Sydney with 2 main components in my life: Church and Work. I have continued to serve in Hillsong Church and truly have become a part of a massive body of believers. I have become and integrated part of the Creative team at the City Campus, honoured to look after the keys players that help carry our services week in and week out. There has been opportunity to contribute to the creative process in our church songs as well which has been amazing; I only expect things to grow.
Connected with Church, I have become of a great family of friends call “BOOM” :). They are my connect group and I love them dearly. We have gone through some great times together and know we have each other’s backs in any situation. OUr bound was formed over a love for God through worship, prayer, and community. I am a group “elder” and look after our worship. Here is a small selection of them:
One More Breath
“One More Breath” has been my statement of conviction over the last few weeks. It kind of sums up a few different thoughts so I’ll break it down a bit.
God has been dealing with me a lot lately about investing in people, taking the moments of life to build relationship with others and share the love of Christ with them; not in just face value, but REAL relationship. The time you share in a “meet and greet” is not the same as when you sit and eat. Time invested in a person’s life instantly places value on them, building more than just an aquaintence, but rather a friend; that is real relationship.
In the lead up to Encounter (our youth ministry’s conference-like event) I have been inspired to take these few practical steps that will hopefully continue through and beyond this amazing time with our God and each other… Here they are:
1. Know >> get to know people you wouldn’t normally. The shy person at work, the lonely person who hangs at the back of a church service, the volunteer stacking chairs…
2. Love >> once you know about them, care! the person stacking chairs has as many events/hurts/fears/ etc in their world as you do. Show genuine interest and intiative to help them and do life with them.
3. Believe >> this is the final and most import step as it takes someone from where they are to where they hope to be. Getting along side of someone, believing in them, empowering them to take their next step in life…
I remember times in my own life when people have believed in me and helped me progress in life… It’s the best feeling ever!! Taking just that extra fee seconds can really change someone’s word.
In all I’ve said, remember this:
In the moments of life, stop and see, who is around you, to engage and believe in; through “one more breath” they’ll never be the same again.
Much Love//
